2-3 fuji apples
1 lemon, peeled
6 medjool dates, pitted
1/2 inch fresh ginger root
2 cups kale
1 avocado
1 cucumber
2 cups almond milk or more
1 heaping tablespoon protein powder (whole food)
1 heaping tablespoon raw extra virgin coconut oil
8-10 ice cubes
Blend up, then add ice cubes and blend until smooth. Yum! Makes 2 quarts.
