Tuna Casserole

3 cups homemade Cream of Mushroom soup (recipe HERE!)
1 cup almond milk (or whatever you prefer)
2 cups frozen peas
2 cans tuna, drained
4 cups hot cooked noodles (egg, macaroni, shells)
4 tbsp dried bread crumbs
2 tbsp butter, melted
(optional 1/2 cup cheddar cheese)

Stir soup, milk, peas, tuna, noodles in a 3-quart casserole dish

Bake at 400 for 30 min.

Meanwhile, mix bread crumbs with butter and sprinkle over

Take out of oven and stir. (add cheddar cheese before you stir if you are using it)

Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top and bake 5 min. more
