Peppermint Fudge

1 C cocoa powder
1 C agave or pure maple syrup
1/2 C expeller/cold pressed coconut oil
1/2 C chopped nuts (walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts)
5 drops food grade essential oil (peppermint or orange are nice)

Blend cocoa powder, agave, coconut oil and essential oil in food processor of blender until smooth. Spread into a 9”x9” square baking dish. Sprinkle with nuts and freeze until hard (about 2 hours). Cut with a warm knife and then store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
