Cantaloupe Parfait with Salted Pistachios

Remove the rind from 1/2 cantaloupe and cut into bite-size pieces. Divide the cantaloupe and 1 pint vanilla ice cream* among bowls. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup coarsely chopped salted roasted pistachios.

*Breyers brand has like 4 ingredients--very good! Or even better: homemake your own ice cream--YUM!
