3 cups frozen strawberries
3/4 cups water
1 teaspoon honey
1 Red Delicious apple
2 tablespoons fresh mint
1/4 cup almonds
1 drop wintergreen or spearmint essential oil
Coarsely chop the apple (no need to peel or seed). Add to blender. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve immediately. (Serves 2. About 265 calories per serving.)
*I bet you could add spinach to this, but I haven't tried it.
