Coconut Macaroons

Blend in high-power blender:
2 2/3 cup coconut
3/4 cup maple syrup
1 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. pure almond extract
1/4 tsp. sea salt

Pour in a bowl and mix in 2 cups coconut.

Bake at 300 degrees for about 25 minutes. Let cool another 25 minutes.
To make them RAW: dehydrate at about 116 degrees for about 24 hours.

  1. Do yo know where I can get unsweetened coconut shreds!? Or do you used sweetened?

  2. I would just buy it on Amazon! Also, I'm sure any health food store in your area will have it! I use unsweetened.
