(Serves 2)
Two to three handfuls frozen strawberries
(depending on the size of the berries and the hands :)
One handful frozen raspberries
One cup of freshly squeezed orange juice
Six fresh mint leaves
One tablespoon raw agave nectar
Run it in a blender until creamy and thick. Serve with a pinch of fresh mint leaves and raspberries on top!
For more nutrients add your choice of nuts (eg. walnuts, almonds, macadamia, cashews), or put in half a scoop of your preferred protein powder.
