Hoisin Marinated Salmon

6 Tbsp. soy sauce
4 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
4 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 scallions, minced
2 Tbsp. ginger, minced
1/2 tsp. ground pepper
6 salmon portions (I love Schwan's salmon)
Combine all ingredients, except for the salmon, in a ziploc bag. Seal and shake to combine. Add salmon. Put in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes and no more than 6 hours. Thirty minutes before cooking, set salmon out to come to room temperature. Set oven to 375°. Spray a large baking sheet (with tinfoil) with non-stick spray. Place salmon portions on tray, about 2 inches apart. Spoon marinade over top each piece of salmon. Cook for 20-25 minutes. Remove from sheet and place on a serving platter.
