Soak 1/2 cup of old fashioned oatmeal, nuts and seeds in 1/2 cup of orange juice overnight. In the morning add about 1/3 cup of almond milk and enjoy this cold, sweet and filling start to your day!
You can buy it, I prefer to just make it myself because it's obviously super easy and stuff I usually have on hand.
You can also soak it in milk, water or yogurt.
