Whole-Wheat Waffles

I always want my kids to have a wholesome and delicious breakfast, so I like to double the batch and then freeze them. In the morning all I have to do is throw a few in the toaster to reheat .

1 3/4 c. whole-wheat flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 3/4 c. milk (soy)
1/2 c. vegetable oil

Mix all ingredients together until smooth. Spray preheated waffle iron with non-stick cooking spray. Pour 1/4 c. batter onto hot waffle iron. Cook until golden brown, about 3 minutes. Enjoy!
