Pecorino Party Dip
Mix together
1 cup sour cream
,
1/2 cup grated pecorino
, and
1 tablespoon finely grated lemon zest
. Season with
salt and 1/2 to 1 teaspoon cracked pepper
. Serve with
ridged potato chips
