Tomato Pear Chard Smoothie

2 cups cherry tomatoes
1 ripe pear
1 fiji apple
1 avocado
2 english cucumber
2 cups swiss chard
2 cups almond milk or more
1 heaping tablespoon raw, whole food protein powder
1 heaping tablespoon raw extra virgin coconut oil
8-10 ice

Place all ingredients, except ice cubes, into high powered blender. Blend until smooth. Add ice and blend.  Pour into mason jars and enjoy! Serves 2 quarts or 4 pints.
