Hawaiian Haystacks

rice, cooked
peas, steamed
green onions, diced
green bell pepper, diced
celery, diced
tomatoes, diced
pineapple, diced
olives, diced
water chestnuts, diced
low fat cheddar cheese, shredded
chow mein noodles
slivered almonds
your favorite sauce
(braggs amino acids, ranch, gravy, cream of ___ soup)
This is one of my favorite meals for a large gathering. Put each topping in individual bowls and let your guests serve themselves. Leave a comment and let us know how you make your haystacks.

  1. I like them with QUINOA instead of rice, Bragg's and no cheese, no green pepper, and definitely PEES, please!! And you forgot the COCONUT... I love these, they can be as light or as heavy as you want!
