red pepper hummus

30 oz of cooked or canned garbanzo beans
1/2 c. water
1 red pepper chunked up
1 tbl. spoon olive oil
1 heaping tbl spoon almond butter
1 tsp cumin
1 clove garlic
the juice from 1 lemon
1/2 tsp salt
Put ingredients in vita-mix, blend until creamy. Serve with favorite healthy chip or cracker.
