Whole-Wheat Pizza Crust

1 envelope active dry yeast (1Tbsp.)
1 c. warm water
2 3/4 c. whole-wheat flour
1/4 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. olive oil

In a small bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Let stand for about 10 minutes. (until foamy) In a large mixing bowl combine all dry ingredients. Add olive oil and mix well. Add yeast mixture and combine, kneading for about 5 minutes. Transfer dough to a lightly oiled bowl and cover with a towel. Let rise until double in bulk. (30-45 minutes) Place dough on a lightly floured surface and roll into a circle with a rolling pin. Transfer to a lightly oiled pan. Top pizza with your favorite toppings and bake at 450° for about 16-18 minutes. Enjoy!
