1 c. water
1 c. soy milk (i use light vanilla silk and add an extra 1/4 cup)
2 c. fresh spinach, washed (about two handfuls)1 c. frozen strawberries (one large handful)
2 bananas, peeled, frozen
Place all ingredients into the vita-mix container in the order listed and and secure lid.
Select variable 1.
Turn machine on and quickly increase speed to variable 10, then to high.
Blend for 1 minute or until desired consistency is reached.
One thing I found to make eating healthy easier is to be prepared. Take a few minutes and cut all your bananas and wash your strawberries, then freeze them in baggies so they are ready to go.
