Are you ready for the greenest smoothie you'll ever drink!?
- 1 TBSP dulse flakes or kelp
- 1/2 cup sprouted mung beans
- 1/2 cup sprouted lentils
- 1/4-1 apple
- organic greens (chard, kale, mustard, dandelion, arugula, collards, spinach, romaine)
- handful sunflower sprouts
- handful buckwheat sprouts
- 1/2-1 avocado
Place about 1 TBSP dulse flakes or granulated kelp in Vita Mix. Fill half the blender with purified water. Add 1/2 cup sprouted mung beans, 1/2 cup sprouted lentils, 1/4-1 peeled, cored and seeded apple. Blend. Fill the blender as full as possible with organic greens. Blend. Add a large handful each of sunflower sprouts and buckwheat sprouts. Add 1/2-1 whole avocado and finish blending. (I try to use all of these types of sprouts but usually end up using whatever I have at the time and it works just fine!)
Makes a full blender (8 cups).
Drink 1/2 to 1 blender full every day!! :)
