Energy Drink and Energy Bars

I want to try these!! For all you athletes out there...

Natural Energy Drink                                                                         
1 Cup coconut water                                                                 
1/2 Cup pineapple juice
1/16 tsp sea salt

Sodium - 167 mg
Potassium - 575 mg
Carbohydrates - 27 mg
Gatorade
Sodium - 110 mg
Potassium - 30 mg
Carbohydrates - 14 mg

Energy Bars
2/3 c. natural peanut butter or almond butter
1/2 c. honey
3 c. regular oats
3/4 c. almonds
1/3 c. raw sunflower seeds

Warm peanut butter and honey. Stir in oats, almonds, and sunflower seeds. Press in a 9x13 pan. Cut in squares and enjoy. Soft and chewy.
